Please do not send such information.
4. Purposes of Use

- Responding to inquiries, contacting you, and verifying identity
- Bug investigation, quality improvement, and support
- Checking usage circumstances, reproducing issues, and managing response history

For information submitted by residents of the EU/EEA, we process it on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries, preventing misuse, and improving operations, as well as where necessary to comply with legal obligations.
5. Use of External Services
We may use email service providers and Google Forms, as well as related Google services, to receive, send, store, and manage inquiry information.
Accordingly, inquiry information may pass through and be stored or processed on the servers of these service providers.
For Google's handling of information, please review Google's Privacy Policy and related information.
6. Possibility of Overseas Processing
Google states that its servers are located around the world and that user information may be processed on servers located outside the country in which the user resides.
Accordingly, information submitted through Google Forms may also be stored or processed outside Japan or outside the EU/EEA.
7. Provision to Third Parties
We do not provide inquiry information to third parties without the individual's consent, except where required by law.
However, processing by external service providers may occur on services used to receive, send, store, or manage inquiries.
8. Retention Period
We retain inquiry information for as long as necessary to respond and will endeavor to delete, anonymize, suspend use of, or otherwise appropriately handle it within a reasonable period after the response is complete.
However, this does not apply where retention is necessary for legal compliance, dispute handling, or security reasons.
9. Security Measures
We take necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage to inquiry information and otherwise manage it safely.
Examples include access control, account protection, retention management, and deletion of information that is no longer needed.
If you request details of our security measures, we will respond without undue delay within the scope permitted by law.

If you wish to request access, correction or supplementation, deletion, suspension of use, or similar handling with respect to inquiry information we hold, please contact us using the contact details listed in "1. Operator Information."
We may ask you to verify your identity.
We may be unable to comply in whole or in part if the law does not require us to respond, if we cannot verify your identity, or if there are other reasonable grounds that make compliance difficult.
Given the nature of inquiry information, we may be unable to directly correct sent emails or submitted Google Forms responses themselves. In such cases, we may make reasonable corrections, additions, deletions, or other adjustments to records under our control, such as response logs, contact details, and other records used in handling the inquiry.
Except where retention is required by law, we will delete or suspend use of inquiry information under our control within a reasonable scope. This includes Google Forms responses that we manage, related spreadsheets, emails and attachments in our mailbox, and copies retained by us.
However, we may be unable to directly delete backups, disaster recovery data, retained data under retention policies or legal requirements on the systems of Google, Microsoft, or other service providers, or information held by senders, recipients, or other third parties.
Residents of the EU/EEA may, subject to applicable law, request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of processing of, or objection to the processing of their personal data. They may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the place where they live, work, or where they believe an infringement has occurred. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the contact details in "1. Operator Information."
11. Children's Personal Information
If a child makes an inquiry, it should be done with the consent of a parent or guardian.
