"AI Guidance" iOS App

The developer and operator of this app is Nekomimimi (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator"). The Operator handles user information obtained when using this app as follows. Collection and use are limited to the minimum necessary for service provision and comply with relevant laws and guidelines.

1. Information We Collect and Purpose of Use

1-1. Device Identifier, Estimated Country Code, Point Balance, and Ad Viewing History

• Content: Device identifier (unique ID generated for each device), estimated country code (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2), point balance, ad viewing date/time and completion status
• Purpose: Point balance management, regional campaign application, fraud prevention, ad performance measurement, service improvement
• Collection Method: Country code is estimated from device locale or IP address geolocation.
• Storage: Cloud servers in Japan region (communication encrypted with TLS)

1-2. Consultation Text

• Content: Consultation text entered by users
• Purpose: Response generation by generative AI
• Destination: OpenAI API (see "2-3" for details)

1-3. Access Logs (IP Address, etc.)

• Content: Technical information such as IP address, access date/time, request URL
• Purpose: Server security, unauthorized access detection, failure analysis
• Retention Period: Retained for approximately 60 days, then deleted sequentially
• Storage: Cloud servers in Japan region

2. External Services Used by This App

2-1. Google AdMob (Ad Delivery)

This app uses Google AdMob for ad delivery, including reward ads for earning points. The following information may be collected and used by AdMob:

• Information Collected: Advertising ID, device information, app usage, location information (approximate)
• Purpose: Interest-based ad delivery, ad effectiveness measurement, fraud prevention
• Data Sharing: Data may be shared with Google and advertising partners
• Data Retention: Managed according to Google's data retention policy

2-2. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

iOS 14.5 and later require apps to request permission before tracking user activity through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. This app requests tracking permission in the following cases:

• To deliver more relevant advertisements
• To measure advertising effectiveness
• To improve the app

Tracking permission/denial can be changed in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Even if tracking is denied, you can continue to use the app's basic functions.

2-3. OpenAI API (Generative AI)

Consultation text is sent to OpenAI API for response generation. OpenAI retains data for a maximum of 30 days before automatic deletion. Since neither the Operator nor users have means to link individual requests with OpenAI-side data, disclosure and deletion requests are generally unnecessary. 3. User Rights and Data Request Procedures

Within the scope defined by law, users can request disclosure, correction, deletion, and suspension of use of their information. Since the Operator does not retain personally identifiable information, please cooperate through the following methods.

3-1. Data Held by the Operator (Device Identifier, Country Code, Ad Viewing History)

• You can check your device identifier in the app's Settings.
• Please contact the inquiry desk below with your device identifier.
• If you wish to delete data, deleting the app will stop new data collection.

3-2. Google AdMob Data

• Advertising ID reset can be done in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Apple Advertising.
• Tracking denial can be set in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
• For detailed settings, please check Google Policies and Terms.

3-3. OpenAI Data

Individual requests cannot be identified, so disclosure and deletion cannot be accommodated. OpenAI automatically deletes data within 30 days.

4. Data Security

The Operator implements the following security measures to properly protect collected data:

• Data communication encryption (TLS/SSL)
• Appropriate access control management
• Regular security audits
• Data minimization and retention period limitations
